HERE ARE THREE WAYS TO GIVE:
1.Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish would prefer if you use PAD Pre-Authorized Debit. Please complete form and return to the Parish Office: Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement Form
2. We are now accepting Interac E-Transfer donations by email to: OLPH.etransfer@caedm.ca
Please include in the message box:
a. Your Sunday Giving Envelope # (if a registered parishioner)
OR
b. Name and Full Address for tax receipt (if NOT a registered parishioner)
PLUS
c. Any special instructions (eg. Parish Fund, Maintenance Fund, and/or “Together We Serve”).
If your message box does not allow for all this information, please send the parish this information in a separate email to: info@olph.ca.
3. Sunday Giving Envelopes can be offered when the baskets are passed during Sunday Mass. They can also be dropped off at the Parish Office during regular business hours (7:30 am – 7:30 pm daily) or mailed to:
