Mary’s Servants for Christ

Mary is Mother to us all and she wants to visit your home! (John 19:26-27)

       Mary’s Servants for Christ, (formerly known as Small Christian Community), is delighted to bring back the hosting of the Pilgrim Statue of Mary (starting October 22 after 2 years of pause due to Covid.

Over a span of 5 years, the Pilgrim Statue of Mary has visited over 100 homes and travelled over 2,000 KM. Many hosts have shared the beautiful blessings and graces they have received from these visits. It is an opportunity for reflection and prayer with family members and friends. You too can sign up to host the Pilgrim Statue of Mary for a week in your home.  Sign up for hosting this fall and winter will be available after each holy Mass the weekend of October 15-16 .

Prior to covid, the Pilgrim Statue of Mary was delivered to your door. We are being more careful going forward. When it is your turn to host the Pilgrim Statue of Mary you will be able to pick the Statue up at the church. Two members of Mary’s Servants for Christ will meet you there to show you proper set up of the statue and how to clean the Statue before you return it.  Pick up times will be 10:30 am on Saturday mornings and drop off times will be 10:00 am Saturday mornings. 

(Exceptions will be made to accommodate those who would like to host the Pilgrim Statue of Mary but are unable to pick the Statue up due to extenuating circumstances such as mobility issues, sickness, transportation problems.)
