Confirmation is one of the Sacraments of Initiation, Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist. In this parish, Confirmation is usually celebrated when a child is in grade 6.

Monday, January 16, 2012 at 7:00pm, is the parent orientation and registration meeting for Confirmation.

Monday, January 30, 2012 at 6:30pm, is the parent meeting with David Wells.

SESSIONS:

Please choose either the Sunday or the Tuesday option for parent/child sessions.  These will be permanent groups to faciliate communication and sharing within the group.  These sessions will finish around 1:00pm

The dates for the Sunday sessions are as follows:  February 19th, March 4th and March 11th beginning with the 10:30 Mass.

The dates for the Tuesday sessions are as follows:  February 21st, March 13th and March 20th beginning with the 6:45 Mass.  These sessions will finish around 9:00pm

A Registration and Orientation meeting for parents will take place early in 2012 at OLPH Parish. It is required that all parents be present at this meeting.

 All baptism certificates, even if baptized at OLPH, and confirmation sponsor names must be submitted at the parent meeting.

 Confirmation workbooks will be available at the Parent Meeting. The cost of the workbook plus materials is $15.00. As the parish does not keep any change on  site, please bring the exact amount or a cheque made payable to OLPH Parish.
