JETS (Java. Exercise. Talk. Service)

JETS offers women of all ages and backgrounds an unrushed morning to rejuvenate the soul, energize the body, and challenge the mind. We meet Friday mornings at 9:30 am (except school holidays).

Child care is offered for a small fee.

JETS is a drop in kind of a group where some attend all sessions, while others drop in whenever time allows or a topic/destination interest them.

Just for FUN: our meetings are called flights, and our topics destinations. Because we are JETS, our meeting place is called a Boarding Gate and starting time is Departure Time.  On each flight we have two designated flight attendants-snack volunteers.

JETS is on its 13th year and counting. For many, JETS has become a second family and a powerful support system. Now we call each other SISTERS.

For more information, you can contact the JETS co-captains: Aida Damouni at 780/922-2156 or Nancy Ferguson at 780/464-5356
