JETS (Java. Exercise. Talk. Service)
FLIGHT #091418

                            JETS Java. Exercise. Talk. Service

JETS is a FUN and FREE Social/Spiritual group designed for women of all backgrounds and all ages (18 to 101!  We fly to various destinations that involve Java. Exercise. Talk and Service.

JETS is a one-of-a-kind Airline, always searching for new interesting adventures.  Our group helps women from our parish to connect and bond by faith, create community and bring a sense of comfort and welcoming feel to our large Parish.  Many consider JETS a beautiful sacred sisterhood and a powerful support system.

JETS flies far and near, but also often reserves Service Flights just for our Parish; in the past few years we have hosted a Game Show Pastors’ Appreciation, Potluck Winter Carnival Night, Alpha Luncheons and Altar Server Themed-Dinners, Welcoming Events, Soup & Bread suppers and so much more!

We board our flights most every Friday morning, from September to June and a great many of these destinations take place in the St. Joan’s Room, located in the church’s lower level.  Departure Time is 9:40am with boarding passes issued by 9:30am.

All are welcome to hop on-board as often as you wish, when your travel schedule allows, or when a certain destination interest you. No pre-booking is necessary and seats remain wide-open for you to fly with us this flight schedule, whether once a month or once a season.

Complimentary in-flight beverages and light snacks are always provided and served by our lovely Flight Attendants (snack volunteers).

For young mom passengers, child care is offered for a small fee.

A complete itinerary of all flights can be obtained by contacting the JETS Captains: Aida Damouni @ 780-922-2156 or Nancy Ferguson @ 780-464-5356.  Also, you can look us up on the Parish Website under Parish Groups or watch for our weekly news in the bulletin.

We believe strongly that travel opens the mind, strengthens the body, and feeds the soul…so what are you waiting for?

All you have to do is climb on-board, buckle up and let our entire crew show you a First Class experience like you’ve never experienced before!
